Broken Junction Box

A junction box thats on the fritz, wires stick out as sparks fly...not really. The junction box was created with several pieces of scarp wood, picture hanging wire, and small pumpkin strobe. I painted the rust onto it by hand. A small wireless speaker played short circuiting sounds on a loop from within.

Creepy Radio

I built this creepy radio by using pieces from an old shelf unit. The front of the radio is a piece of scrap wood I stained with a dark wood stain. The center embellishment is made of balsa wood, while the knobs are fan adjustment knobs. Lastly the "speaker," is just a speaker design printed onto card stack and glued to the inside. This was hands down my favorite things to build. A small speaker sat inside while a soundtrack of creepy big band, with haunting voices played from inside.

Rowe Theater 

(Haunt 2014)

These are some of this years props and set pieces I built and designed. My graveyard scene stays the same for almost every Halloween, and this years large focus was on the theater portions of my drive way. Overall it was a great haunt, and was really well received by trick or treaters and passerby's.
